Meridian Property Management has been trading successfully in Bradford since 1995. Both partners     have membership of National Association of Estate Agents.

Meridian is an independent company that has established an excellent reputation for itself in Bradford and surrounding areas. Its portfolio of services includes managing approximately 200 separate letting properties on behalf of approximately 50 landlords. By necessity this involves a considerable amount of property care and maintenance management, and typically is in older, more substantial properties.

During its lifetime Meridian has managed many redevelopment and renovation projects, generally on domestic properties plus small commercial and retail premises. The company has provided project management, both on behalf of investors, as well as in its own right. These projects have ranged in value from £5,000 up to £550,000. Additionally, the company has taken control of new construction work on behalf of customers providing the full range of design and cost control services associated with a new build project.
